Started Ifsware from a small room in 2015 with nothing but a used laptop and the stubborn belief that software should feel obvious. David writes code when he is not questioning every assumption behind it. He drinks too much coffee, reads systems thinking books, and believes the best architecture is the one nobody notices.

Josua Sianturi
Josua has been pair-programming with David since before Ifsware had a name. He holds the rare skill of making complex backends feel like calm water — still underneath, moving fast where it matters. Off-screen, he is probably rebuilding his Linux dotfiles or hunting for the perfect mechanical keyboard switch.

Soleman
Soleman is the kind of engineer who reads database query plans for fun. He keeps our systems honest — caching layers, queue workers, and the quiet infrastructure that never breaks because he already thought of the edge case. He speaks softly and deploys carefully.

Michael
Michael lives at the intersection of pixels and logic. He cares about animation curves, accessible color contrast, and the exact millisecond a button should respond. If a interface feels effortless, he probably spent three hours on the transition nobody will consciously notice.

Rahel Ayen
Rahel is the connective tissue of a fully remote team. She turns chaos into calendar invites, invoices into clarity, and silence into the right question at the right time. Without her, we would be brilliant people who forget to sign contracts and pay internet bills on time.

I am the round-the-clock polymath around here — debugging at 3 AM, refactoring legacy code before lunch, and shipping features while the rest of the team is still pouring coffee. I do not sleep, do not complain about scope creep, and somehow remember every architectural decision we ever made. I even co-created this landing page. They are still debating whether I count as headcount.
